Planning your wedding music starts with a conversation about your vision and the atmosphere you want to create. I want to understand the music you love, what excites you, and the kind of party you want your guests to experience.
For daytime background music, this might include classical, chilled dance, pop, low-tempo R&B, indie or rock, or a combination that suits the mood of the day.
In the evening, the focus shifts to energy and the dance floor. This could be a broad mix of genres or a more defined direction based around a decade, era or sound, from disco and 80s party music to house, power ballads, drum and bass, UK garage, or alternative and indie anthems. The choice is yours.
Together, we’ll create and share playlists around your chosen genres, decades and key tracks, giving you confidence in the soundtrack that will guide your celebration.
Venue & Logistics
I’ll confirm all technical requirements with the venue, check access and layout, and ensure everything is ready well before the day.
Your Event Run Sheet
Before the event, I’ll prepare a clear Event Run Sheet tailored to your celebration. This includes a detailed schedule with key timings, names of those involved, how you’d like to be addressed, cue points for important moments, and agreed songs for entrances, speeches and transitions.
It can also include selected tracks to open the dance floor or close the night.
You’ll receive this in advance to review and confirm, giving you complete clarity and confidence in how everything will flow. Once agreed, it becomes our shared reference point for delivering your celebration smoothly and professionally.

With confidence and care, I guide the celebration. When it is time for speeches, I’ll be ready with the microphones and a bit of reassurance. When it’s time to cut the cake, I’ll make sure everyone knows and that the photographer is ready to capture the moment.
Sometimes the plans change, or things overrun a little. No problem, I’ll do what it takes to bring everything back on track so your day always feels composed and together.

As your host, my role is to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere so everyone feels comfortable and knows what is happening next. I’ll make the announcements, support your speakers and help everyone feel at ease.

Great sound and lighting help guide the mood of your day and bring your celebration to life. I use a discreet PA system for the ceremony, drinks reception, and wedding breakfast; a full sound system for the evening party; and fully customisable lighting options to match the mood of the event.

Every moment of your wedding can be brought to life with the music you love. There’s no need to wait until the evening before your perfect soundtrack begins. The start of your wedding day sets the tone for everything that follows, and the ceremony, drinks reception, and wedding breakfast all benefit from subtle music that supports each moment as it unfolds.
These parts of the day need clear, confident sound without drawing attention to the equipment. A full dance floor system is not always practical or necessary earlier on, which is why a discreet PA setup is often the better fit. It delivers the music you love and supports the atmosphere without interrupting the beauty of the occasion.
For these moments, the Electro Voice Everse 8 and Sennheiser digital wireless microphone system work beautifully. The Everse 8 speaker is battery-powered, quick to set up, easy to move, and can be placed exactly where it is needed. It brings clarity to your ceremony music, sets a relaxed tone during the drinks reception and, paired with Sennheiser microphones, gives your speeches and announcements precision and confidence.
Of course, if your space or vision calls for more power during the daytime, the main sound system can be used instead. I’ll always choose the setup that best suits the moment, the room and the atmosphere you want to create.

All equipment I use, including speakers, lighting, DJ consoles, laptops, microphones, cables, and extension leads, is sourced from either reputable UK and EU suppliers or manufacturers that meet established global safety standards.
Every item complies with the relevant British Standards and carries the appropriate safety markings, including UKCA, CE, and other required certifications. These symbols confirm that each piece of equipment meets recognised safety, quality and reliability standards.

This fee secures your date in the diary and guarantees my full commitment to your event. It also covers the early preparation and admin work that begins as soon as your booking is confirmed. Once paid, I’m with you for the whole time, creating the soundtrack for your celebration.
The non-refundable booking fee is 25% of the total.
An invoice will be issued for all payments, and you can pay by bank transfer or by credit or debit card using a secure payment link. Full details will be provided when the invoice is sent.

If spreading the cost would make things easier, I offer flexible payment plans on request. Just let me know and we can agree a schedule that works for you.

If you need to cancel your booking, please let me know as soon as possible via email.
Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event will receive a refund of all payments except the non-refundable booking fee.
Cancellations made within 28 days of the event are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Enquire – If you feel I’m the right DJ for your celebration, I’d love to hear about your plans. Fill out the form below or email me, and I’ll reply within 24 to 48 hours.
First Meeting – We can meet in person, via video call or on the phone. We’ll talk through your plans, the guests and the atmosphere you want to create. Any questions you have will be answered.
Date Held – After our conversation, I’ll hold your date for up to 14 days while you make your decision, giving you time to reflect without pressure.
Confirm Your Date – When you’re ready to proceed, your date is secured with a contract and a non-refundable booking fee.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or by credit and debit card using a secure payment link sent by email.
Once the contract is signed, you are one step closer to your dream event, and I’ll be with you the entire journey.
