I DJ a wide variety of events, from birthdays and life events to corporate evenings, launches, wrap parties and Christmas end of year celebrations.

Each event is focused on the people at the heart of the celebration, taking your musical tastes and shaping an atmosphere around your vision and your guests.

I’ll confirm all technical requirements with the venue, check access and layout, and ensure everything is ready well before the day.

I set up and sound check all equipment before guests arrive, ensuring everything is ready.

Event Coordination

Before the event, I’ll prepare a clear Event Run Sheet tailored to your programme. This includes a detailed schedule with key timings, speaker or presenter names, introduction wording, cue points for awards, announcements or transitions, and agreed music for entrances, or key moments. For whatever needs to happen really.

It can also include walk-on music, background playlists, and selected tracks to open or close the evening, all aligned with the tone and objectives of your event.

You’ll receive this in advance to review and confirm, ensuring clarity across the running order. Once agreed, it becomes our shared reference point and can be circulated to venue staff, organisers, and other professionals to keep everything aligned on the day

Hosting & Announcements

If hosting is needed, I make clear, confident announcements and introduce speakers. I support key moments without interrupting the event’s flow.

My approach is gentle and respectful, guiding the moment without overshadowing you or your guests.

Events often need schedule changes. If timing shifts or adjustments are needed, I adapt calmly and efficiently to keep the experience seamless for you and your guests.

Sound & Light

Great sound and lighting help guide the vibe, bringing your party to life. I use a full sound system for the evening celebration plus customisable lighting options to match the mood of the event.

    • RCF F 6X external mixer.

    • Shure SM58 microphone for announcements.

    • EV Everse battery-powered 8” speaker.

    • Sennheiser digital wireless microphones for speeches and announcements.

    For background music, speeches, or announcements away from the dance floor, I use a discreet, portable PA system. It delivers clear sound for daytime or early-evening events without the need for a full club setup.

    For these moments, I use an Electro Voice Everse 8 battery-powered speaker with a Sennheiser digital wireless microphone system. The Everse 8 is easy to carry, quick to set up, and easy to position. It provides clear, balanced sound for background music, speeches, and announcements, and, along with the Sennheiser microphones, you have the freedom to move without cables.

    • 2 x RCF ART 912-A 2100W 12” speakers.

    • RCF ART 905-AS MK3 2200W 15” subwoofer.

    I use a professional, club-quality RCF sound system that delivers clear, confident audio with ease. It is a highly capable setup, offering up to 6400 watts of peak power with the presence, depth and control needed to support a genuine dance floor experience.

    The system features two RCF ART 912-A speakers for precise vocals, melody, and rhythm. An RCF ART 905-AS MK3 subwoofer adds controlled, powerful low end. Together, they easily handle chart, pop, and rock music. They also suit bass-driven genres like house, garage, drum and bass, and hip hop.

    The result is full-frequency sound that fills the room evenly, delivering impact without harshness and creating a confident atmosphere on the dance floor.

    • Ape Labs Neon Tubes and Marvel Spot Lights for dynamic dance floor energy.

    Professional lighting shapes the atmosphere of an event and helps energy build as the music changes. Colour and movement are controlled in real time. The lighting responds to the music's tempo and dynamics without overpowering the mood.

    I use the industry-leading Ape Labs lighting system, featuring Maxi V2 Uplights, Neon Tubes and Marvel Spot Lights. Each fixture works in perfect harmony with the others, creating smooth colour transitions and immersive washes. The computer-controlled system reacts to the music's dynamics and tempo, shaping the atmosphere in real time and creating a space that feels exciting and inviting.

    The Maxi V2 Uplights set the room's tone with soft, even colour. This becomes the backdrop for the evening. For the dance floor, the Neon Tubes and Marvel Spot Lights deliver vibrant colour and movement. They keep things vibrant without glare or distracting laser effects.

    The lights are fully battery powered, which means the entire setup is wireless and can be placed wherever the room needs them. They are also completely flicker free, making them perfect for photographers and anyone filming the event since they won't affect images or video.

    When it comes to the aesthetic you want to create for your event, the Ape Labs lighting can be set to almost any colour palette or theme.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

  • All equipment I use, including speakers, lighting, DJ consoles, laptops, microphones, cables, and extension leads, is sourced from either reputable UK and EU suppliers or manufacturers that meet established global safety standards.

    Every item complies with the relevant British Standards and carries the appropriate safety markings, including UKCA, CE, and other required certifications. These symbols confirm that each piece of equipment meets recognised safety, quality and reliability standards.

    • £5 million public liability insurance.

    • £1 million professional indemnity cover.

    • Fully PAT tested equipment.

    • DBS check.

  • This fee secures your date in the diary and confirms my commitment to your event. It also covers the preparation and administrative work that begins as soon as your booking is confirmed.

    The non-refundable booking fee is 25% of the total.

    An invoice will be issued for all payments, and you can pay by bank transfer or by credit or debit card using a secure payment link. Full details will be provided when the invoice is sent.

  • If spreading the cost would make things easier, I offer flexible payment plans on request. Just let me know and we can agree a schedule that works for you.

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please let me know as soon as possible via email.

    Any cancellation made more than 28 days before the event will receive a refund of all payments except the non-refundable booking fee.

    Cancellations made within 28 days of the event are non-refundable.

    In the unlikely event I had to cancel for any reason, you would receive a full refund.

BOOKING PROCESS

Enquire – If you feel I’m the right DJ for your event, I’d love to hear about your plans. Fill out the form below or send me an email and I’ll reply within 24 to 48 hours.

First Meeting – We can meet in person, via video call or on the phone. We’ll talk through your plans, the guests and the atmosphere you want to create. Any questions you have will be answered.

Date Held – After our conversation, I’ll hold your date for up to 14 days while you make your decision, giving you time to reflect without pressure.

Confirm Your Date – When you’re ready to go ahead, your date is secured with a contract and non-refundable booking fee.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or by credit and debit card using a secure payment link sent by email.

Once the contract is signed, you are one step closer to your dream event, and I’ll be with you the entire journey.
